We deliver services according to agreed-upon milestones, requirements, and timelines.
Advance Payment: A 30% advance payment is required before the commencement of any project.
Installments: The remaining 70% of the payment is divided into equal installments, payable upon presentation of working software that meets the agreed milestone requirements.
Hourly Rate: For additional services or tasks outside the scope of the initial agreement, our hourly fee is USD 25.
Failure to make payments on time may result in a suspension of services or delays in project delivery.
To ensure a smooth collaboration, you agree to:
Ownership: You retain ownership of your data and any intellectual property provided to us for project purposes.
Deliverables: Upon full payment, you will receive the intellectual property rights for the software developed, excluding any third-party components or libraries governed by separate licenses.
Licensing: Any tools, scripts, or proprietary solutions provided by Systema Systems remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of any sensitive information you provide. Similarly, you agree not to disclose any proprietary tools, methods, or business information shared by us during the course of our collaboration.
Service Quality: We strive to deliver high-quality services that meet your expectations. However, we do not guarantee that the software or services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Third-Party Dependencies: We are not liable for issues arising from third-party services, plugins, or libraries integrated into your project.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:
